I talk a lot about you making your EXIT and utilizing the EXIT methodology to do so. But, do you really understand what that means or what the strategy associated with it is? That’s what I want to fill you in on in today’s episode.

When we don’t have a strategy, that’s when we end up floundering in our efforts to stop drinking. But the EXIT strategy helps you unblock your exit and make the change you’ve been yearning for.

Here are the different components of the EXIT strategy that I go over:

  • Examine, Explore, & Experiment
  • X Out
  • Ignite Curiosity
  • Trust Yourself to Figure Things Out
  • Move Your Body
  • Help Your Brain Chill Out

These six components of the EXIT strategy are key in helping you take a new approach to your EXIT: an approach that works! Choosing even one of these steps can help you get started on your journey towards an alcohol-free lifestyle.
