On this episode of Exit The Drinking Life Podcast, I’m joined by Gayle, who is coming to us all the way from Australia. Gayle shares with us her EXIT story, as well as the fears she faced surrounding quitting alcohol and what came after alcohol was out of her life.

Some of the topics and questions raised in this episode are:

  • Gayle’s story of recognizing she had an issue, deciding to stop drinking, and where that journey took her.
  • Some of the common fears that accompany the idea of quitting alcohol.
  • Addressing those fears and normalizing an alcohol-free life.
  • The amazing benefits that come from exiting an alcohol addiction.

It’s my hope that hearing Gayle’s incredible story will do exactly for you what hearing the stories of others did for her: inspire you to continue on your EXIT journey, wherever in the process you may be.

Gayle’s story does a beautiful job showing the full evolution between having a problem, recognizing it, making a change, and embracing that new life.
