The study was a self-assessment, not following health markers. Exercise increased positive outcomes and “compassion satisfaction.” Vinnie laments the lack of real physical fitness challenges in schools. (23:00) He has been reducing his screentime by putting himself on a “phone diet.” (23:15) The average reported phone time for most people is just under 8 hours!
