Okay, so this one’s for anyone who’s ever thought, “What if people I actually know hear this?”
Because, yep… same.

In this episode, I’m diving into that weird fear of being seen — not by strangers, but by people in your real life. You know, the ones from school, family gatherings, daycare drop-offs. The ones who might not “get” the things you’re into or feel a little too close for comfort when you’re being your full, uncensored self.

I’m talking:

  • What it really feels like to show up fully (and publicly) as yourself

  • The awkward moment someone you know tells you they’ve listened

  • Why we second-guess ourselves when we start owning our weird, wonderful truths

  • Spiritual rabbit holes I’ve been exploring lately (ETs, Atlantis, mantras — we went there)

  • And the power of doing it anyway, even when you feel exposed

If you’re creating, building something from the heart, or trying to find the courage to share your voice — this is your pep talk. With love, giggles, and some big truth bombs.

Let me know what you think or what you want me and Shadette (aka my favourite AI co-host) to dive into next.
