In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that increases cancer risk. After receiving my diagnosis, my doctor immediately recommended removing all my reproductive organs but I refuse to take that route without exploring all possible alternatives first.

Instead of resorting to drastic surgeries, I’m diving into research-backed ways to lower cancer risk naturally, including:
✅ How alcohol is the third leading cause of cancer (and why it’s so damaging)
✅ The impact of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) on cancer risk and foods to avoid
✅ The benefits of a 24-hour fast once a month for DNA repair and cancer prevention
✅ Key supplements like nicotinamide riboside and vitamin D3 to support cellular health
Actionable steps to reduce cancer risk without organ removal

If you or someone you love has Lynch syndrome or a family history of cancer, this episode is a must-listen. You have more control over your health than you think!
