Fear and anxiety can feel paralyzing—but they don’t have to control your life.

In this encouraging episode of Healthy & Redeemed, I share biblical truths and practical steps for trusting God even when life feels overwhelming. Discover how to calm your anxious thoughts, replace fear with trust, and experience God's peace that surpasses understanding. Whether you're facing uncertainty, battling inner stress, or simply need a reminder of God’s presence, this episode will help you anchor your heart in His truth.

Previous Episodes that might be helpful: # 6-9 (Creating Healthy Coping Skills) and #18 (Overcoming Fear and Trusting God)

Practical Steps:

1. Identify Fears and bring that list to the Lord. Write down anything he tells you

2. In the midst of fear or anxiety, try journaling those emotions including what God promises about fear. You can also try breath-praying scripture.

3. Write out all the ways that you know God is trustworthy including ways that he has been personally faithful in your life.
