27. Trusting God in the Midst of Fear, Anxiety, and Worry

Fear and anxiety can feel paralyzing—but they don’t have to control your life.

Practical Steps:
1. Identify Fears and bring that list to the Lord. Write down anything he tells you
2. In the midst of fear or anxiety, try journaling those emotions including what God promises about fear. You can also try breath-praying scripture.
3. Write out all the ways that you know God is trustworthy including ways that he has been personally faithful in your life.
