"It's like you're reading my mind!" is the best compliment you could ever hear from a reader. Because it means you've jumped into the conversation they're already having in their head. It shows you understand their challenge. Short of possessing telepathic powers, there's only one non-creepy way to do this in real life: Knowing where they are in their decision-making process. Do they know about your solution or are they still unaware you exist, for example? In this solo episode, I address all the decision-making stages, how to spot them and how to write for each stage. Let's get into it.
