Laboratory technician.
Nutritionist (Sport)
Health and Wellness keynote speaker and workshop facilitator.
Certified Personal Trainer (not practicing)

As a result of my own experience with being obese, sedentary and prediabetic then using lifestyle changes to reverse my health and ageing prognoses, I developed a passion for making myself and others better. This journey has led me away from the corporate world and into academia where I completed my undergraduate degree with a 1st class pass and I have begun my Ph.D. (Health; Biological Sciences) journey. While my undergraduate degree is in Sport and Exercise science my primary interest is in bioenergetics and nutrition for disease prevention, with the goal being to conduct original research to better understand at a subcellular level how nutrition and lifestyle interventions can be used to treat and prevent disease and improve human healthspan.
