In the 3rd edition of our #LiveLunchBreak series, we start the show by talking about a disastrous sales call of John's. And while it didn't end up being a complete failure, it still highlighted some things to work on for him. Recovering from failure can be tough if we don't talk about it. So we discuss how each of us recovers from a failed sales conversation and how to prevent having another one. We also talk about how current events, namely the COVID-19 quarantine, might be causing us to revert back to our old ways of doing things. When we're super stressed, sometimes progress goes out the window. And nobody wants that. So we each talk about how we're staying busy and working to keep bad habits from forming, and how we're preparing for everything when it all goes back to normal. If you're spending this time improving and getting to know yourself a little better, a DISC assessment can help with that a lot.
