Today’s episode is a shorter but immensely powerful one, as I invite you into one of my client sessions where I helped a particular individual reduce her anxiety. Each client I work with is unique, and I support them in creating their personalised toolkit for managing anxiety.
In this episode, I’ll walk you through my holistic approach which includes examining thought patterns, emotions, and the body to permanently shift anxiety. Talking therapy is helpful, but integrating the mind-body connection and somatic processes is essential because our bodies remember and hold anxiety just as much as our minds do.
