What is Soul Hygiene? Soul Hygiene refers to the ongoing practice of nurturing, and maintaining a healthy, balanced state of mind, body, and spirit.

On this episode, TJ boldy shares her story about what she has dealt with in her emotional and spiritual life that took her from the bottom where trauma, suicide, and depression overwhelmed her to becoming a healed woman by the power of Jesus Christ.

TJ describes Soul Hygiene as a progress that involves engaging in activities and practices that promote self-care, self-reflection, and spiritual growth, such as meditation, mindfulness, creative expression, and cultivating positive relationships. By taking care of one soul, we're become able to accept responsibility and learn to be accountable for our actions. At the same time, we'll strengthen our resilience, enhance our well-being, and experience a greater sense of inner peace and joy, using all the tools within us, to not just survive life, but to Live it.

The bottom line is we must learn and grow every day, and the only way we can do this is to face our trauma and make the choice to NOT be a Victim or remain one. It is never too late! We are Warriors, not just survivors. Soul Hygiene a Brand-Movement
