Right now, it’s easy to feel like the world is crumbling. Everywhere you turn, there’s bad news, political chaos, and an overwhelming sense that nothing we do really matters.

And when hopelessness creeps in, many of us instinctively check out—we numb with wine, we scroll endlessly, we disconnect. It’s a natural response when everything feels too big and out of control.

Your personal choices still matter. In fact, the way you show up for yourself—especially when things feel bleak—has a bigger impact than you might realize.
