Traver Boehm knows men. How they think, what’s behind their behavior, and most importantly — their unique challenges in the modern landscape. Traver is the founder of the UNcivilized Men’s Movement, the fastest growing men’s movement in the world. He is the author of Today I Rise, and Man UNcivilized as well as a two time TEDx speaker, men’s coach and podcaster. Drawing upon an eclectic background ranging from professional bodyguarding and Mixed Martial Arts to a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and meditation, Traver counsels men, women, and couples on how to better understand men’s mental health and relationship difficulties. Although he’s not quite sure how to feel about the title, he has been dubbed, “The Man Whisperer” as he has the unique ability to speak to men in a way they can hear and understand. In 2016 after losing a pregnancy, his marriage, and his business partnership all within weeks of each other, he created a radical year long social experiment to answer the questions, “Who am I and who am I as a man?” Highlights of the year include: Volunteering with the dying as a hospice worker Meditating for 28 days straight in complete isolation and pitch-black darkness in a Guatemalan hut Living in the frigid Utah wilderness for a month with only a knife, a water bottle, and a blanket With a passion for people and a unique lens through which to view the human experience, Traver is a highly sought after teacher in the fields of consciousness, intimacy, and personal development. When not teaching workshops or radically shifting the way men experience their masculinity, Traver can be found obsessing over a single word in front of his laptop, chasing surf around the globe, and being awful at yoga. During our conversation we touch upon topics like: How us as men love to go through hardship together How the world’s gotten easier and easier and we now have to re-create the difficulty as men How it's primal for men to want to test themselves against the world Learning through pain and why it's vital that we don't avoid it when it comes into our lives. ▫️ Connect with Traver on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/traverboehm/ ▫️ For more information please visit his website - www.manuncivilized.com ▫️ Get Today I Rise from Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B073T597VQ/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_tkin_p1_i1 ▫️ Get Man UNcivilized from Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Man-UNcivilized-hate-youll-book-ebook/dp/B088KTC56G ▫️ Watch Traver's first TedX here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-oQSoTtpX8 ▫️ Watch Traver's second TedX here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_dH1g-I0Fs ▪️ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegratefulshow/…

Author of 2 Best-Seller books, Kute Blackson was on Larry King’s Show and Tom Bilyeu’s Impact Theory. He doesn’t like to think of himself as a ‘coach’ as he often uncoaches people through his transformational teachings. His speaking career started with him speaking in the church when he was 8 years old. Back then he started visualising his successful life and how he’d help hundreds of people transform their life whilst sitting in the dark. Kute shares a true story from his early career when he held an event where only 2 people showed up.. and the lessons he’s learned from that experience. Kute talks about how conditioning works and how we’re basically conditioned from a very young age into thinking that our ego is everything and how we hold on to that self-constructed identity only to live in misery and regret later in life. Kute’s mom battled cancer and the story of how he lived with regret for not being near his mom until she got sick is absolutely shattering, but also inspiring. “True greatness requires a level of surrender in a profound way” “What life can manifest through you is more than you can manifest on your own! “The lies that we tell ourselves are part of what blocks our ability to surrender” ▫️ Connect with Kute on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kuteblackson/ ▫️ Join Kute's seminar on 7th May: http://kuteblackson.com/reinventseminar ▫️ Read Kute's first book, You Are The One ▫️ Order Kute's latest book, The Magic of Surrender ▫️ The Bali Breakthrough Experience: http://boundlessblissbali.com ▪️ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegratefulshow/…

Today's episode is probably one of if not the most 'red pill' conversation we had on the show so far. Our guest owns the blog ‘Breaking The Matrix’ which he started 15 years ago. Along his journey he helped awaken tens of thousands of people. His most known account, Breaking The Matrix was deleted from Instagram in early 2021, and at the time it had over 100k followers. Because of how controversial he is, our guest goes by the name of Morpheus or Morphy.X without giving away too much about his personal life and story. We discuss quite a handful of topics that once again question anything that you might call 'real' or 'true'. ever since he was born, he’s been looking for answers Morpheus always felt like he had a higher calling and has strived for more alignment with his higher self how indoctrination starts when we’re young secret societies, The Cabal, Luciferianism why he decided to leave everything behind and move out of Canada how love is the purpose behind our soul and it’s the code behind our DNA ▫️ Check out Morpy.X's Website here: http://breaking-the-matrix.com ▫️ Follow Morphy.X on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/universalloveacademy/ ▫️ Follow Morpy.X on Twitter: https://twitter.com/MorphyDotX? ▫️ Listen to Breaking The Matrix on Spotify: - https://open.spotify.com/show/5OHpx59OHa8vM14pqtLc42?si=97932f881c63435b ▪️ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegratefulshow/…

Our guest today helps high performers hack their emotions to create massive shifts in life, relationship & business. He now lives in Costa Rica and is very well known for his impactful content on social media. After having a breakthrough experience with LSD at 19, his whole perspective on life shifted. Originally from Colombia, Silvana was raised in a very strict environment, she went to catholic school.. later moved to Miami only to lose herself and then really find her true self. She is now a feminine empowerment coach - deep internal emotional healing + plant medicine facilitator. We talk about how us as a collective have gotten disconnected from our roots and traumatised throughout generations. We challenge Silvana with a few tricky questions upon the evil in the world which she explains why is manifested from a place of ignorance and unknowing of the true divine within. Here are some of the topics we covered throughout our conversation: how to manage your emotions in moments of anger.. how to be the observer and not be one with the emotion dealing with repressed emotions - and the difference between masculine and feminine energy of dealing with it how. we are the observers of the dance and the dance itself healing, and why you need to acknowledge and feel emotional baggage that hasn’t been felt. how plant medicine is a spiritual technology that exposes our energy which is overwhelming, hence everyone should have a shaman with them From facing one’s shadow and dealing with repressed emotions all the way to plant medicine and immortality…tune in and emerge yourself with this podcast episode! ▫️ Follow Silvana on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/silvana.isaza/ ▫️ Download FREE E-book: Healing the Mother Wound: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/61fc730c60ada4164ea70a10 ▫️ Subscribe to Silvana's Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiQ-tk8d3LIIW_KbDyNLOiA/videos ▫️ Listen to Silvana's She Feel Podcast on iTunes: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/she-feels-with-silvana-isaza/id1587217476 ▫️ Listen to Silvana's She Feel Podcast on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/26sniNdECG6VqO710i3lUr?si=d3gu4RP4Sl-2BzNW_v4IaA&dl_branch=1&nd=1 ▪️ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegratefulshow/…
We don’t have to chase happiness, we have to choose happiness. And that's exactly what we focus on in today's episode. We discuss how in today's world, the problem is the fact that fighting for what we want has been almost engrained in us.. Everyone has the freedom to choose what they want, but the issue comes when people dont know how to access this freedom. If you feel like right now your faith is predetermined, the only remedy that you can have is acceptance. Because at the end of the day, you can't change anything that is bound to happen, can you? "Man will never be able to describe absolute truth with total accuracy because the notions used in our attempts to describe the truth, are of themselves relative." Born and raised near Glasgow, Scotland, our guest today played rugby throughout his childhood and that has got him into weightlifting and strength and conditioning. Colin's career has always been in the business development space after having graduated from University. Our conversation took place purely because of his involvement with fitness. We discuss how Colin used fitness to improve all arread of his life and why he considers that if you can’t govern your own body and responsibilities, you can’t govern other people either. Suddenly, 95% of the people in her life left and she was left on her own to figure it all out. Someone else would’ve thrown in the towel at that point, but not Leah. Battling her thoughts and situation at the time, she was fortunate to be introduced to Wim Hof. Shortly after she started following the WHM religiously every single day. It didn’t take long until Leah came to realise how powerful the technique really was and then decided to study and become a certified Wim Hof Instructor. She came on the podcast to share her story, as well as talk about the benefits of WHM at length. Not only that, but Leah opens up and shares one of her most transformative experiences in a cold river. She describes it like having her body separated from the mind and simply feeling one with everything around. We talk about cold exposure and how it can be used by anyone to gain focus, energy, immunity and overall master their mind. ▫️ Check out Leah’s future retreats on her website: https://www.leahscott.net/ ▫️ Follow Leah on Instagram and don’t miss out on the tips she’s giving: https://www.instagram.com/leahscottie/ ▫️ Get involved with Leah on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wimhofmethodtechniques ▪️ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegratefulshow/…
