Have you heard of Mindfulness? How does it work? What is it exactly? Me and my lovely co-host discuss the myths of mindfulness and give a basic definition of mindfulness. We talk about how it is being present, paying attention and being non-judgmental. We also discuss some basic techniques and share how mindfulness can be a benefit for the African American community and communities of faith! Our hope is to keep the general public informed about topics and concerns within mental health and brain science. Be sure to Tune it!
