I’ve been in burnout proper twice in my life.

Once in my corporate career, when I was juggling a high-pressure job, a brutal commute, and 12-hour days on repeat. And once when I left corporate to go all in on coaching—trading stability for self-employment and suddenly carrying all the responsibility myself.

The two experiences were completely different.

In this episode, I’m sharing:
