I am so grateful and thankful to have Maddy Muntz back on the Podcast! Maddy is an exceptionally talented relationship coach who has done her trauma healing work on herself and continues to do her work maintaining a growth mindset.

Maddy and I get into the weeds of travel and trauma, somatic healing, body image, suicide prevention, parts work, and so much more.

Maddy’s bio: Maddy is a local Seattleite, who has spent years of her life abroad both for school and for pleasure. She did her undergraduate degree in Edinburgh, and loves to travel. Maddy has traveled and done extensive trauma work on herself as well as lots of different paths of healing. She is currently pursuing her masters in applied psychology while working, also while maintaining her relationship coaching business.
