Hi my name is Reana and I am a recovering Road Rager đŸ€Ș

All jokes aside, did you know that road rage might not be as innocent as you think and actually could be a sign of something deeper emotionally?

And look, as someone who used to fly off the handle every time someone cut me off or flipped the bird - trust me when I say, I never thought it was a big deal either... until I began doing the work that I do to help people heal from subconscious stories they've developed from past trauma and experiences

On today's episode I cover why Road Rage isn't as innocent as you might think and why ignoring your road rage could be the very cause of you not having the deeper connection you might be craving

By the time you finish listening you will have learned:

  • How Road Rage might be a sign of something deeper internally and emotionally
  • What “chandelier pain” is and the chandeliering deflection mechanism
  • Other ways the pattern of road rage might be showing up in your life
  • The consequences chandeliering has on your relationships and personal peace
