In this episode, I’m sharing one of the most effective and unconventional self-coaching tools I use in my own life and with my clients. Self-coaching in the shower (or while walking, driving, or doing the dishes).

You’ll hear why self-coaching doesn’t always have to include journaling, how to use “what am I making this mean?” to create powerful awareness, and how your mundane routines can become sacred space for reflection and transformation.

If you’ve ever had imaginary arguments in your head or feel stuck in autopilot, this episode will change the way you think about your inner world.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • Why awareness is the key to transformation
  • A no-journaling-required method for daily self-coaching
  • How to replace unhelpful mental chatter with powerful questions
  • The question that changed my relationship with myself
  • How your ordinary moments can lead to extraordinary insight

Episode Prompts:

  • What are you making it mean?
  • When do you typically get lost in unhelpful thinking?
  • What would it look like to turn that time into meaningful reflection?
  • What story about your partner, job, or body are you currently believing?
  • What would change if you stopped blaming and took full responsibility?
