We know, we know...Dr. Lisa gave you the first of her 10 personality types for weight loss a couple of weeks ago, and she's been meaning to get back to the 2nd type. But believe us when we say...something more pressing came up this week!
If you've still got leftover Halloween candy sitting in your home, or any treat that's causing you food drama, Dr. Lisa has a few things to say about it. First of all, you're not alone. It seems to be a universal problem that we all feel conflicted about throwing away food that isn't serving our weight loss and health goals. But also, and we're quoting here, "It's time to pull up our big girl panties and throw that candy away!"
Whether it's leftover candy, a half eaten bag of chips, or some ice cream in your freezer, chances are there's something you might want to throw out, in order to reduce the food drama. Nobody needs temptation in their home, setting up a recurring, and entirely unnecessary battle.
We truly appreciate you listening, sharing, and following The Smart Weight Loss Coaching Podcast! And we promise to get back to the weight loss personality types before 2024 gets away from us!
