Manage episode 468398049 series 3558565
Navigating through anxiety can feel overwhelming, and it is not something that can be cured. However, you can learn how to move to a place where you can say I no longer suffer from it; I am living with it. Learn to navigate anxiety and use your voice to help others.
Embrace and Navigate AnxietyAnxiety can manifest in various ways, affecting every aspect of our lives, including our personal and professional growth. Anxiety often causes people to feel isolated, which creates a cycle of avoidance and leads to more isolation. When you can acknowledge this cycle and take action, you can break this cycle. Taking action involves creating strategies and learning to embrace your authentic self, not trying to be who you think others will like or want you to be.
Navigating Anxiety is a Two-Way RoadWho you surround yourself with makes a difference in taking action over your anxiety. The solution is not that you need to get over it and talk about your feelings to have a strong relationship. Your partner also needs to work on active listening and knowing when to hold space so that you can work to share how you're feeling. Holding space is a powerful tool in helping navigate anxiety.
The Power of SpeakingPublic speaking is a powerful tool for expanding your business and allows you to connect with your audience on a deeper level. You are able to build trust and share your expertise when you become a speaker.
Overcoming the Fear of Public SpeakingFor many people, including those who navigate anxiety, the fear of public speaking comes from a fear of being judged. When you approach speaking from a servant's potion and focus on your purpose to share what you know to help others, it can help you overcome this fear. And remember that your audience is not looking at you; they are there to listen to what you say and learn from you. Stay focused on sharing your passion with your audience.
