Being in your 40s is tough.

Between work, family and just general life "stuff" you have more going on than ever before.

It can feel like you're on the go from the moment you wake until the moment you go to sleep. Time for yourself is minimal at best, exercise is inconsistent and often you're grabbing food on the go.

The combination of always being "on" and stress levels constantly high, your energy just feels awful. You wake up tired, you feel crap all day and you're just not yourself. It then starts to effect your relationships and your ability to operate eat the level you want to.

I've been there, I felt like this too. But now? I feel great every day. That's not a brag, it's me showing you things can change!

In this episode I talk about exactly what you need to do to take control of your energy and get in great shape.
